What the 7-day review means.

This is not a general change-of-mind return. It is a structured review for documented condition issues that differ materially from the listing or sale documents.

Covered

Documented condition issues

Issues that are materially different from the listing notes, photos, sale documents, or written confirmations from our team.

  • Undisclosed major condition differences
  • Incorrect VIN, HIN, serial, or title document mismatch
  • Delivery damage documented at arrival
  • Missing included documents stated in the invoice
Not a preference return
Not covered

Expected used-asset wear

Repossessed assets are used auction lots. Normal wear, disclosed defects, cosmetic preferences, and delays outside our control are handled under the sale documents.

  • Wear already shown or disclosed
  • Cosmetic preference after delivery
  • Missed deadlines after the 7-day window
  • Unauthorized repair or use before review
How to start

Send evidence quickly

Contact us within seven days of confirmed delivery. Include your lot, invoice, delivery date, photos or videos, and a clear description of the issue. Verified buyers can also start from their designated sales assistant on the account page.

  • Lot or invoice number
  • Date and time of delivery
  • Photos, videos, or inspection notes
  • Written description of the discrepancy
01When does the clock start?
The seven-day window starts when delivery is confirmed by the carrier, handoff paperwork, or another delivery confirmation accepted by our team.
02What happens after I submit a request?
We review the listing record and your evidence, then contact you with next steps. Your designated sales assistant helps route updates while the review team evaluates the issue under the sale terms.
03Can I keep using the asset during review?
If you believe there is a material issue, stop using the asset and contact us first. Continued use, modification, or unauthorized repair can affect review eligibility.
